While on Hari-nāma last Friday I contemplated the following question.
Is the temple ready for a hundred shoppers, like those in front of me, if they were to turn up tomorrow?
Another similar question; Would I be happy to introduce Krishna consciousness to new people at the temple right now?
Unfortunately, the answer at the time was, no. That has to be taken in context.
It is an interesting question we should address with a clear and resounding, yes; or should we?
Is there an advantage in challenging the sincerity of a person by providing a barrier to acceptance?
What do we need to do to make an ISKCON Temple newbie friendly? Is it even possible?
